Dfkaya Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1Definitions & Scope of Agreement

3Registration & Account Management

Opening a dfkaya account is free of charge and subject to the following conditions:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and a freeze on all balances.
• All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, date of birth, and financial details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and payment method.
• Dfkaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your ID card) before processing any withdrawal or when investigating suspicious activity.
• Transferring or selling an account to another party is strictly prohibited.

A dfkaya account is for the personal use of the registered member only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and dfkaya is not responsible for any actions carried out by parties you have granted access to.

5Withdrawals & Payment Procedures

Dfkaya is committed to processing member winnings withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following terms and procedures apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• The withdrawal method must match or be related to the deposit method used by the same member.
• Dfkaya targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard withdrawals that have met all verification requirements.
• First withdrawals from a new account may take longer due to the required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Dfkaya reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security verification purposes in certain cases, including when unusual transaction patterns are detected.

Dfkaya uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your device and the platform's servers. However, dfkaya is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by a member's own negligence or actions that result in login credentials being compromised.

9Fraud, Abuse & Disciplinary Action

Dfkaya takes fraud and platform abuse very seriously. The following actions are considered serious violations and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's financial details or identity without authorisation.
• Processing illicit funds or engaging in money laundering through the dfkaya platform.
• Using software or methods to manipulate game outcomes or dfkaya's odds system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker or live table games.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities in dfkaya to obtain unlawful gains.

10Account Closure & Responsible Gaming

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the dfkaya platform. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the dfkaya platform:

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
